E-Quip combines the Node installed inside a compatible machine, the owner platform and the Engage customer experience where configured. Together they add cashless payments and practical operator tools to vending, claw, Gashapon and massage-chair machines.

E-Quip is designed for vending machines, claw machines, Gashapon machines and massage chairs. Compatibility depends on the exact machine and its existing vend or credit interface, so we confirm suitability before quotation and installation.

No. E-Quip connects to the existing vend or credit interface and issues the machine's normal authorised credit event after payment. Customers continue to use the normal controls; E-Quip does not bypass safety controls or physically start unsupported machinery.

No customer-supplied Wi-Fi or broadband is required. Managed 4G connectivity is included in every E-Quip package, subject to coverage and deployment suitability.

All E-Quip packages support PayNow where activated. Multi-Pay and Engage can also support selected cards and digital wallets. Availability depends on the market, package, merchant approval, payment-partner support and activation. See the current payment options below.

Engage adds customer accounts, digital membership and loyalty to participating claw and Gashapon machines.

• Bonus credits: purchase 10 play credits and receive 12.
• Points rewards: earn 1 point for every S$1 spent and convert 50 points into 5 play credits.

Eligible credits can be used across the same operator's participating machines. Credits are not cash, stored value, withdrawable value or transferable value.

On compatible machines, E-Quip can operate alongside the existing coin mechanism. Coin-funded activity is not recorded in the E-Quip dashboard, so operators seeking complete digital visibility may prefer a cashless-only setup.

On a compatible machine the existing coin mechanism works independently of E-Quip, so the machine continues to accept coins during a connectivity outage.

Compatible machines are typically live within 10 working days of confirming compatibility. Send us the machine type, model and quantity, and we will confirm compatibility and quote before anything is scheduled.

• Review digital transactions and paid runs.
• Access reporting and execute supported refunds or owner-authorised credit assistance.
• Use digital paid-run activity to help estimate replenishment needs; E-Quip does not claim stock or machine-health monitoring.
• On Multi-Pay and Engage, remotely deactivate digital payment on a machine when it is empty or unavailable. This is not available on PayNow.

E-Quip is focused on Singapore. Selected Malaysian deployments are available subject to connectivity coverage, payment activation, machine compatibility and quotation. Malaysian pricing is provided through WhatsApp, and we will confirm whether the deployment is suitable.
